Taking a finish across a whole volume
A full-room scheme is a different job to a single wall. The plaster has to be kept live across large areas so there are no set lines or cold joints, which means planning the sequence around windows, corners and access before the first coat goes on.
Marmorino is the usual choice for whole rooms — the matte stone body stays calm over big areas — with Stucco Veneziano reserved for reception and dining rooms where you want the polish to read.
Ceilings, reveals and stairwells
Ceilings and window reveals are where seams normally show. Carrying the same plaster over them removes the break between surfaces and makes the room feel one piece. Stairwells are handled with towers or scaffold so the run can be kept continuous from ground floor to landing.
Working with your other trades
Plaster goes on late in a build. We coordinate with electricians, joiners and decorators so shadow gaps, coving details and light fittings are set before we start, and protect floors and joinery throughout.

Site visit
We measure the volume, check access and agree the sequence with your other trades.

Samples
Boards in the shortlisted tones are left in the space, seen in daylight and under the fitted lighting.

Preparation
Surfaces are made flat and primed, with corners, beads and reveals set up for a continuous run.

Application
Base and finish coats are worked wet-on-wet across the whole volume to avoid set lines.

Seal and hand over
Sealed to suit the room's use, cleaned down and handed over with aftercare notes.
Common questions
How long does a full room take?
Most rooms run three to six days on site depending on size, ceilings and how much preparation is needed.
Can ceilings be plastered in Venetian too?
Yes. Ceilings and reveals are regularly carried in the same finish so the room reads as one surface.
Is it suitable for kitchens and bathrooms?
Yes, with the sealer specified for the room. Wet areas get a waterproof build-up underneath.
